Fernando M. Furlan is a PhD Professor of Economic, Tax and Corporate Law at Uniceplac Law and Business Schools in Brasilia. He also consults and arbitrates on Competition/Antitrust, Trade, Regulation, Corporate and Compliance. He is co-arbitrator at The Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC). He is member of the Dispute Settlement Body of MERCOSUR and member of the Expert Advisory Councils at UNCTAD and ICN. Mr. Furlan also serves remotely as court analyst and e-learning instructor for the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF). He was the CEO of the Brazilian Association of Crypto-assets and Blockchain – ABCB (2018-2019).
